ALL DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE a minimum of six weeks prior to event/procurement date. We DO NOT accept paper submissions or requests submitted via fax, email or telephone.
Due to the large volume of requests received YOU WILL ONLY BE CONTACTED IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN TO RECEIVE A DONATION IN KIND.
Prizing/ Donation support is not guaranteed year over year and a completed application doesn’t guarantee that you will be provided support.
Your preference for pickup or mailout will qualify you for different donation items. For this reason, we primarily focus on in province donations but will review out of province donation requests on a case-to-case bases.
Organizations that are centered on education, health and amateur football will generally receive support, depending on the nature and scope of the request or event.
We DO NOT use tickets as a donation request. If you have a foundation or charitable organization that would like to attend a game, we have a very limited supply of tickets via the Community Ticket Program.
Information you will need to complete the online donation form: Event Information (Name, Date, Location, Description); Charity Information (Organization, Address, Phone, etc.); Contact Information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number)
Due to the large volume of requests received each year, and the possibility of damaged or lost items, we do not accept items from outside of our organization to be autographed.
