Roughriders Player, Coach or Staff Request

To request a Roughriders player, coach, or staff member for your event, please fill out and submit the form following our terms and conditions below.
Prior to filling out the form, please note the following:

Compensation is required for all appearances, in addition to the cost of transportation and travel time (if appearances are taking place outside of Regina).
Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance. Due to the large volume of requests received YOU WILL ONLY BE CONTACTED IF YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN for an appearance.
All requests must be submitted a minimum of 4-weeks prior to your event.
Requests received by mail, telephone, fax, or email will not be accepted.
There are certain dates players and coaches are not available for public appearances. Best dates for out-of-Regina appearances are the day after a game or during a bye week. Players are not able to travel on practice days.
