Due to the large volume of requests we receive annually the following guidelines have been established.
ALL DONATION REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE a minimum of six weeks prior to event/procurement date. We DO NOT accept paper submissions or requests submitted via fax, email or telephone.
The Riders have a provincial focus for in-kind donations. Organizations located within Saskatchewan that are centered on education, health and amateur football will generally receive support, depending on the nature and scope of the request or event. Requests from outside of Saskatchewan cannot be accommodated.
We DO NOT use tickets as a donation request. If you have a foundation or charitable organization that would like to attend a game, we have a very limited supply of tickets via the Crescent Point Community Ticket Program.
Information you will need to complete the online donation form : Event Information (Name, Date, Location, Description); Charity Information (Organization, Address, Phone, etc.); Contact Information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number)
Due to the large volume of requests received each year, and the possibility of damaged or lost items, we do not accept items from outside of our organization to be autographed.
