Goal:

This program is designed to establish and support legacy projects across the province of Saskatchewan in the wake of the 2022 Grey Cup Festival being held in Saskatchewan.

Objective:

This competitive application-based program is targeting projects in Saskatchewan that align with any or all of the following pillars:

• Mental Health
• Healthy Lifestyles
• Youth

Eligible Applicants:

• Saskatchewan Municipalities
• Saskatchewan Indigenous Communities
• Registered Charitable Organizations

All applicants must be able to provide an official donation receipt (under the Government of Canada guidelines).

Assistance:

Maximum grant: While an estimated $250,000 is available in this granting program, the maximum grant per application will be $50,000.

Eligible Expenses:

Funding can be directed towards: infrastructure projects and programming costs

Project Requirements:

The adjudication panel will give preference to applications that address and include Indigenous engagement in their project and/or projects with at least one other confirmed funding source.

Process:

Complete the application form below and submit before February 27, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. SK.

• January 30, 2023 – application window opens
• February 27, 2023 – application window closes at 11:59 p.m. SK time
• March 2023 – adjudication process
• March 27-31, 2023 – successful applicants announced
